Feasibility Study of the Project
The FAHAD & COMPANY team of architects, engineers estimator, and construction managers meet with clients to discuss their project ideas and create a basic program incorporating their needs and requirements. FAHAD&COMPANY will then develop a conceptual design and a preliminary budget and schedule.
Design & Planning
Complimentary part of every project is it’s planning and design. FAHAD& COMPANY’S pre-construction services are designed to provide the necessary pre-project planning, cost and schedule development,
constructability review and value engineering prior to the start of Construction project.
Design Build
In a design build contract, FAHAD&COMPANY will enter into an agreement with an owner and will have the responsibility of providing for design and construction. FAHAD&COMPANY Construction uses the design capabilities of our Engineering, creating an efficient and effective design build team to serve the needs and requirements of the client.
General contracting
General Contracting services are used in the traditional delivery method of design/bid/build. General contracting has been the most popular form of delivering construction services to the marketplace over the years. FAHAD&COMPANY has a wealth of experience as the general contractor for many projects since the beginning of the company. FAHAD&COMPANY uses several contracting methods while providing construction services that are commonly based on the needs, requirements, and desires of it’s clients.
Construction Management
Construction management allows the owner and architect-engineer to have available to them the services of a general contractor, during planning and design as well as the construction Phase. FAHAD&COMPANY together with the owner and arc hitect-engineer, work as a team throughout the entire project, from concept to closeout, FAHAD&COMPANY will perform under a professional
services contract with owner as either the owner’s representative, referred to as agency construction management, or as a construction manager at risk. FAHAD&COMPANY will perform
in either of these models, whichever is desired by the client.
Skilled Trade Forces
FAHAD&COMPANY employs skilled foremen and tradesmen in order to self-perform the following trades, Steel Erection, Concrete, Carpentry, Masonry, Heavy Equipment & Operation, and General Trades,
FAHAD&COMPANY Construction’s philosophy in self-performing these trades, whenever feasible, is paramount with respect to maintaining the quality and schedule on projects.
Facilities Maintenance
FAHAD&COMPANY provides facility maintenance services to its corporate, institutional, and industrial clients. These services consist of small construction projects. These services are typically contracted by time and materials, unit prices, or lump sum agreements..
